The RMIT Careers Festival is the flagship annual event organized by the Careers, Alumni & Industry department, continuing its mission to deliver dynamic career preparation activities that enhance the RMIT student experience – with the Careers Fair as its centerpiece. This year, Careers Festival 2025 (CF2025) embraces the theme “AI: Shaping the Future of Work.” We are set to explore how AI is revolutionizing industries, transforming job roles, and redefining career pathways. In this rapidly evolving world of work, CF2025 aims to:

• Equip Participants for an AI-Driven Future: Develop the skills and mindset for continuous learning and adaptability in a landscape increasingly influenced by AI.
• Showcase AI-Powered Career Opportunities: Discover diverse career paths where cutting-edge technology and innovative business practices converge to create transformative roles.
• Engage with AI Thought Leaders: Connect with industry pioneers and experts at the forefront of AI innovation and gain insights into how this technology is reshaping the future of work.

The Careers Fair 2025 will take place at RMIT campus on Thursday 15 May 2025 from 9am – 2pm. Please fill in your information below to register your company booth in the Careers Fair 2025. Due to the limited number of available booths, we will review your registration and confirm your participation by based on the criteria below:

• Existing Partners: Companies that have engaged with RMIT in Industry Partnered Learning and recruited RMIT students for internships, part-time, or full-time positions.
• New Partners: Companies demonstrating strong interest in collaborating with RMIT University Vietnam in recruitment and Industry Partnered Learning.
• Recruitment timeline: Companies with recruitment needs that align with our CF timeline.
