No, we are not seeking sponsorship for Careers Fair 2025.

To ensure fairness and equality, all booths will have a standardized setup. If you’d like to enhance your visibility, we encourage you to participate in the Company Talk and Mock Interview sessions.

No, participation in the RMIT Careers Fair is free of charge.

RMIT offers various forms of support, including:

  • Volunteer Assistance: One student volunteer will be assigned to support two company booths.
  • Booth Amenities: Each booth includes a table, chairs, tablecloth, and an electricity socket.
  • Refreshments: Complimentary sandwich boxes for lunch.
  • Water Refill Stations: Bring your own bottle to refill; please avoid single-use plastic bottles.
  • Communication Support: Promotion via RMIT Job Shop Facebook, Careers Festival landing page, and internal channels.

A maximum of five representatives can stay at a booth at any given time. If your company registers for a Mock Interview or Company Talk session, we will contact you separately to discuss details.

Yes, but filming and photography are restricted to the event area (RMIT Recreation & Event Complex (REC)). To respect students’ privacy, please avoid close-up shots and refrain from bringing a large filming crew to ensure sufficient space for attendees and activities.

 To ensure a safe and welcoming environment, please follow these guidelines:

  • Adhere to instructions from security officers for safety.
  • Keep the campus clean and dispose of waste properly.
  • Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
  • Report any accidents or hazards immediately.
  • Maintain good personal hygiene and follow health guidelines.
