In addition to your company booth, we are excited to introduce two engaging activities during the RMIT Careers Fair on Thursday, May 15, 2025:

Activity 1: Company Talk Session

This is an opportunity for your representative to present your company's work culture and job opportunities while engaging with students in a Q&A session. Each session will host approximately 15-20 participants in a cozy, interactive setting.

  • Location: On-stage
  • Duration: 20 minutes per session

Timeline:

  • Deadline to register for Company Talk session: 5pm Friday 28 March
  • We will confirm your participation by Friday 4 Apr

Activity 2: Mock Interview

  • Duration: 10 AM – 12:30 PM
  • Location: Designated company desks in the foyer
We invite companies to conduct mock interviews to help students enhance their interview skills and confidence. Each session lasts 20 minutes, including interview time and feedback.

Each company will conduct five sessions:

  • 10 AM – 10:20 AM
  • 10:30 AM – 10:50 AM
  • 11 AM – 11:20 AM
  • 11:30 AM – 11:50 AM
  • 12 PM – 12:20 PM
By registering, you confirm your team's availability for the full 10:00 AM – 12:20 PM duration.

Additional details:

  • Interview questions can be general or tailored based on the agreed position between the interviewer and the student.
  • We will review students' CVs to prioritize mock interview opportunities for final-year and senior students. Please note that students' CVs will not be sent to you in advance.
