The RMIT Careers Festival is our flagship annual career event by the Careers, Alumni & Industry Relations team, designed to equip students with the skills, insights, and connections to thrive in today’s evolving world of work. It brings together students, graduates, and industry partners to create real opportunities, connections, and future-ready career pathways.
This year’s theme “Own Your Ready” focuses on realistic practices, understanding industry expectations while building the skills, mindset, and confidence to succeed in real professional environments. Because readiness isn’t something you wait for. It’s something you own.
