Cathay Pacific Airways was founded in Hong Kong in 1946. The Group had 230 aircraft as at 31st December 2023, of which five were held at parking locations outside Hong Kong. Cathay Pacific, the premium full-service airline, had 181 passenger and cargo aircraft as at 31st December 2023. It is a founding member of the oneworld global alliance, whose combined network serves more than 900 destinations worldwide.
