Jamlos is about canvas bags designed and made in Vietnam since 2014, and worked with over 50 companies, organizations, agencies and brands for R&D merchandise service since 2018. Rustea is about sustainable yet smart casual wear made of linen, cotton and silk since 2017.

I founded Jo Lam Company in 2018 to manage fashion and lifestyle brands, following my earlier founding of Jamlos in 2014 and Rustea in 2017. My company provides B2C & B2B services focused on eco-friendly, sustainable and happy-living products, along with R&D solutions for canvas merchandise and uniforms. These serve as a bridge to connect and support other industries using a blue ocean strategy.

Tran Ngoc Tue Man is a 2016 graduate of the Bachelor of Business (Marketing) at RMIT University Vietnam and Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer of Ngu Hanh Games. With a strong background in brand strategy and market development, she leads the company’s vision, partnerships, and growth strategy, bringing creative and culturally grounded game experiences to Vietnamese and regional audiences.
Nguyen Thien Toan is a 2016 graduate of the Bachelor of Business (Economics and Finance) at RMIT University Vietnam and Co-founder & Product Director of Ngu Hanh Games. He oversees product development and business viability, combining analytical rigour with creative execution to ensure Ngu Hanh Games delivers sustainable, market-relevant interactive products.
Together, they co-founded Ngu Hanh Games with a shared commitment to building original games inspired by Vietnamese culture, balancing commercial sustainability with creative innovation.

Hieu Dinh is Co-founder and CEO of Nuoa.io, a climate technology company helping businesses measure, understand, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions across their operations and supply chains. At Nuoa.io, his work tackles one of the most critical challenges in green transition today: enabling accurate emissions tracking and practical decarbonization across supplier networks, particularly in sectors such as agriculture and manufacturing where Scope 3 emissions are significant and difficult to manage.
Hieu brings leadership experience across consumer goods, finance, technology, and climate innovation in Vietnam and across Asia. Before founding Nuoa.io, he held senior strategy and business-building roles, including as Chief Strategy Officer at Arches - a panAsia financial research company serving top-tier funds, where he built multinational teams, developed strategic partnerships, and helped shape regional growth. Earlier in his career, he was an Associate Director, taking care of M&A integration and market expansion at AB InBev, and was also a founding consulting member of the Vietnam office of Boston Consulting Group (BCG), advising clients across the public sector, financial services, and consumer goods.
With a strong understanding of both business transformation and operational realities in emerging markets, Hieu is particularly focused on how technology can help businesses respond to growing climate requirements while unlocking trade, investment, and long-term competitiveness. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Economics and Finance with Distinction from RMIT University, where he studied under the President’s full scholarship.
Viet Uc Trading Liquefied Petroleum Gas Company Limited (Viet Uc LPG Co., Ltd), established in 2013, is a privately owned enterprise specializing in the wholesale and distribution of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and related energy products in Vietnam. Headquartered in Dong Nai Province, the company provides reliable and safe gas solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. With a strong commitment to quality, safety standards, and customer satisfaction, Viet Uc LPG continuously enhances its operations and services. The company aims to contribute to sustainable energy supply while creating professional career opportunities for young talents in the energy sector.

Bui Duy Thang (Nis) graduated from the Bachelor of Communication (Professional Communication) program at RMIT University Melbourne and also holds an Advanced Diploma of Social Studies (Interpreting). He currently serves as Deputy CEO & Head of External Relations at Viet Uc Trading Liquefied Petroleum Gas Company Limited. In this dual leadership role, he oversees corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, and strategic partnerships, while applying a strong human-centered and analytical approach to drive the company’s external positioning and long-term development.
Vietnam Zero Waste focuses on optimizing production and operational processes to achieve peak efficiency. By leveraging advanced technologies and modern management practices, the company continuously improves boiler performance while minimizing energy and raw material waste. Our "Zero Waste" mission reflects a profound commitment to environmental impact and sustainable development. Pham Gia Khang is a 2023 graduate of the Bachelor of Business (International Business) at RMIT University Vietnam and the Chief Executive Officer of Vietnam Zero Waste, a sustainability-driven enterprise advancing circular economy solutions in Vietnam. He leads initiatives that transform agricultural, industrial, and household waste into renewable energy through biomass boiler technologies, helping factories reduce carbon emissions, improve energy efficiency, and transition away from fossil fuels.
Passionate about industrial decarbonisation and resource optimisation, Khang is committed to proving that waste-to-energy solutions can be both scalable and cost-effective, driving meaningful environmental and industry-wide impact.
